Lolly Trees
Make some decorative cone-shaped trees for the Christmas table or a birthday table. These are decorated and lollies can be put in the base of the tree for an extra surprise.
What you need
Empty cardboard toilet rolls
Poster paints and brush
Different coloured paper
Paper plate
Scissors
Coloured tissue paper, glitter, sparkly things
Glue stick
Scotch double-sided tape
Lollies (little ones)
What to do
1. Paint the toilet roll, brown or whatever colour you want the stem of the tree to be. Let this dry
2. Use the paper plate as a guide and cut a circle out of coloured paper. Cut the circle in half. Each semi-circle makes a cone which forms the tree. Using zig-zag scissors, cut a pattern around the edge of the circle.
