Finger Paint
3 cups water
1 cup cornflour
food colouring
This is to be made by adults: Bring the water to boil in an old saucepan. Remove from heat and in meantime, dissolve cornflour in a little cold water to make a paste, add this to the hot water, stirring constantly. Place back on heat and boil until thick and clear (about a minute). Add food colouring and let it cool. You can add a teaspoon of glycerine to make it shiny and offer it to the children to use when it is lukewarm. Store in the fridge in a covered jar.
