3. Fold the semi-circle into a cone shape making sure the top is pointed. Tape the one edge over the other and make sure your cone does not get squished.
4. Decorate your cone with paint, scrunchy bits of tissue paper stuck all over, gold stars, tinsel or anything else you can think of.
5. Fill the base with lollies, tape one end closed. Place the cone on top.
